We have a range of services on offer from the most basic requirements to get your daily transactions taken care of, to the works plan where you can include budgets and management reporting to keep up to date of your business growth.

You would be required to still manage your clients and CRM system, while we take care of your reconciliation and reporting in the background using Xero accounting software. All work is completed off site so no need for extra costs such as desk space or IT costs.

AP / AR

We send payment reminders to your clients and ensure any supplier invoices are captured, provided these have been supplied to us.


CASHFLOW

Your cashflow is monitored and updated on a daily occurrence via a spreadsheet prepared for your business.


CHECKING

We checking accuracy & reporting via Xero & report any irregularities to business owner


GST

We prepare and submit your GST to the IRD on your behalf. You just need to arrange the authorisations

DAILY RECON

All daily bank transactions are reconciled via xero to ensure your financials are always up to date & month end is a swift process.


BANK RECON

All bank statements are reconciled via xero to ensure the accounting system & the bank balance.


BUDGETS

Monthly or annual budgets can be generated to suit your individual needs and is updated weekly.


REPORTING

P&L, month end reporting and support is available to keep you well informed at all times.

PAYROLL & HR


The last thing you want to take care of is the Payroll. This can be quite complex and not understanding what your responsibilities are can cause you some trouble with the Inland Revenue.
We offer a solution where we manage your payroll on your behalf. From 1 – 25 employees, we manage the payroll, record staff annual / sick leave, ensure your holiday pay is accurately recorded in Xero and ensure your PAYE is submitted and paid to the IRD on time.

PAYROLL

Payroll for 1 - 25 employees. From managing their weekly, fortnightly or monthly payroll, to emailing out their payslips.


PAYE

We manage, prepare and submit your PAYE direct to the IRD on your behalf.

LEAVE

We manage your employees leave on your behalf. Any leave requests are forwarded to us to manage and include in the payroll run.


HR

HR admin from Employment Agreements to general notices. We do not offer legal advise.
